David Cerrone was born and raised in Blackwood, NJ with his parents and 3 older brothers. He attended and graduated Highland Regional High School in 1986 where he went on to attend Glassboro State College and ultimately graduating from Thomas Edison State College in 2007 with a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology. His interests are broad and varied but he focuses most of his free time on his two beautiful daughters who attend local grade schools and participate in various scholastic and athletic activities. David is also ranked as a top CrossFit Athlete worldwide and often participates in strength, endurance, and agility events around the country. He regularly participates in various events that benefit the Wounded Warrior Project. Professionally, David moved to Galloway NJ in 1997 where he started and managed a background verification services company up until 2004 when he sold it to a fortune 500 company who was his main competitor. In 2005, He started and managed a political technology services company that focused on CRM, Mobile, and VoIP solutions which he sold to an Ohio based company in early 2012. David is also the Founder of MudShare and primary architect of all things technology.

Al Quaye has a proven history of leading high-growth companies to success in the marketplace, including his political work in Washington DC. Since 1997 he has been an investor and worked as a senior sales and marketing executive with several fast-growing startup technology companies. As a Director of Strategic Partners he recruited, trained and managed a network of consultants from around the country and helped them apply technology to the political process. Prior to his work in the private sector, he served as a US Army Captain where he lead the construction of a successful barrier to illegal immigration and drug interdiction along the U.S./Mexican border, planned the Army's largest troop movement up to that time on the east coast since 1953, and was the port Engineer in Port -au- Prince Haiti during Operation Uphold Democracy in 1994. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and his MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. Al has served on the boards of RuleStream Software, The John Carroll Society, Campaign Now and Station Square Condo in Arlington VA. In addition, Al coached the Georgetown University Club Boxing Team in Washington DC from 2007-2015. He now resides in Pittsburgh, PA with his wife Jeaneen, son Michael, and daughter Rachel.

Joe Pignatelli was born and raised in New Jersey and attended Villanova University, where he studied Marketing and Finance, while supplementing his tuition with nightlife-oriented side jobs. After graduation, he married his academic background to his practical experience and ultimately acquired the first of five clubs at the age of 28. A year later, Joe branched out to form Solid Enuff, Inc., a consulting and management company conceived to provide solutions, not excuses, for the hospitality industry. For fifteen years, Solid Enuff identified targeted solutions for renowned venues at the Trump properties in Atlantic City and Caesar's Entertainment, most notably, The Pool at Harrah's, which he assisted in catapulting to one of the top 10 nightclubs in the world. Having established himself in the capacity of owner, operator, marketer or consultant and one of the premier names in nightlife, Joe went on to develop proprietary marketing strategies including E2D, Deplete & Repeat, and the Elite Ambassador Program.
